Who handles your personal data when you write to us, what we use it for, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Whatever you give us when you write: name, phone or WhatsApp, email, your wedding date and venue, how many people are in your group, and any notes you add. In the store, delivery details as well. We do not ask for sensitive or financial data through this site.
What we use it for
To answer you, quote your service, schedule and deliver the service you book, follow up, and — only if you allow it — send you information about our services. We do not sell or rent your data.
Who we share it with
Only whoever is needed to deliver the service: the artists assigned to your wedding and, where applicable, your wedding planner or the hotel hosting it. Conversations happen on WhatsApp or by email, each governed by its own provider’s policies.
Cookies and measurement
The site may use first- and third-party cookies to measure traffic (Google Analytics) and advertising campaigns (Meta pixel). You can block them in your browser; the site still works.
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to sales@vo-evolution.com. We answer within the periods set by Mexican data protection law.
