These terms cover the use of this site and VO evolution’s hair, makeup and product sales. Booking a service means accepting them.

Terms and conditions
How a bridal beauty service with VO evolution is booked, paid for and cancelled.
Quote and booking
Prices are quoted by date, city, venue and number of people. A date is held with the agreed deposit confirmed in writing; without a deposit the date stays open to other brides. [Pending: deposit percentage and payment methods.]
Changes and cancellations
[Pending: cancellation policy, deadlines and refunds, and what happens if the time or place changes on the day.]
Timing and access
The schedule is agreed in advance. The client is responsible for granting the team access to the hotel, villa or venue, and for any outside-vendor permits or fees the venue charges, where applicable.
Store
Store orders are confirmed on WhatsApp or by email: stock, delivery and payment method are agreed in the conversation before anything is charged. Prices are in Mexican pesos.
Image rights
Photographs of brides are published only with prior permission. If you appear in one and want it removed, write to sales@vo-evolution.com.
